Whether you are an absolute beginner or an advanced athlete or even somewhere in between, you must start somewhere. In this plan together we will assess your current situation, set realistic goals and implement a plan formulated for success. Clients will be tasked with completing a comprehensive health assessment. Based on the results we will develop necessary fitness & nutrition guidance to help you get started.

One-on-One Personal Training
This plan is for local clients only and it includes a comprehensive fitness routine designed for your individual needs. Each training session will take place in my fully equipped private personal training studio. This is ideal for clients that don’t like crowded gyms. Here I can truly focus all my attention on one client at a time to help achieve greater results.

Nutrition Guidance
Offering knowledge based guidance and meal plans. Combining a realistic approach with a variety of food choices that you will enjoy. The goal here being you barely feeling like you are on a “diet”. I’ll be providing you the tools to make better choices by giving you a variety of healthier for you options.

14 Week Body Transformation Plan
This plan is for clients that have a real desire to make life altering changes, and are 100% willing to put in the work required. Weekly or Biweekly Fitness & Nutrition guidance plans geared around you.
